I went to this laundromat on Saturday March 15, 2025. I do have machines at home but had to go there to do my comforters. From I enter the building I felt that clean , friendly environment . I didn’t understand the machines that much, do I went to seek help. There I met a wonderful Jamaican lady “ PAULETTE “ . She was engaged with another customer and she kindly asked me to wait a moment for her to assist me, of which I did. She assisted me loading my card. She advised me the size machine to use in order to get a beautiful outcome. I’m a bit on the short side and she also assisted me putting in the detergent. After doing the laundry and went home I noticed I didn’t see my best comforter. I rushed there and I told her about the situation. With no doubt she willingly assisted me in finding it, of which I forgot to take out of the machine. I applauded her for her courtesy and mannerism. These are the type of people who needs to be on the front page of your business. You will definitely have returning customers. Clean and friendly environment and courteous staff brings great business. Paulette continue doing what you are doing. God bless you always 🙏🙏

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now when I stayed with a friend close by. I’ve since moved further away and travel further from my room just to come here.

I recommend 100%, first things first the music is very uplifting. Specially when it comes to doing laundry that is the last thing everyone wants to do and to go in uplifting and clean environment it’s a must! The workers there are so friendly specially Bibi she is such a sweet heart. Always saying hi and smilling! I really enjoy that laundromat, everyone is very respectful and minds their own business! Always clean and I do see someone cleaning the machines. I also enjoy the parking space available for the clients and the one thing that some other laundry don’t have is a clean bathroom!

My name is Dave and I have been a customer of farmers laundromat since they opened. I have lived in my neighborhood of Saint Albans for the past 16 years and have used many different laundromat drop off services and have never been 100% fully satisfied until I came to farmers Laundromat the care and customer service that they provide is outstanding. I have never been more pleased to have a laundromat come to a neighborhood and provide excellent service. I wish they much continue success and I will continue to be a loyal customer to them.

If you're looking for a great laundromat with top-notch customer service, Farmers Laundromat is the place to go. During my recent visits, I was greeted by Babita, She was simply fantastic. From the moment I walked in, Babita greeted me with a warm smile and friendly demeanour.

We’ve been coming here since they’ve opened. Very clean laundromat, the dryers are hot so you don’t even need to add a lot of minutes to dry your clothes, and the machines are always wiped.

Honestly best laundromat I’ve ever been too. Very clean and organized and the staff is so nice and my clothes are always so clean they exceed my expectations 10/10 recommend

They’re a little parking lot but if you don’t get a spot don’t worry it’s street parking and they offer drop off service. Last but not least The music the music if you are like me and like to enjoy music this is where is at. Other than that it’s peaceful over this side let’s keep it that way

I was going to this laundromat since opening and it amazes me that you getting so many options with the system putting your money with credit debit even EBT cards also getting 2 dollars bonus every $20 adding to the card also you will not forget your clothes if you’re registered your card it will send you a message when clothes are ready to take out very clean tidy and spacious parking lot they also doing same day drop off service with professional staff and great customer service love going to my favorite laundromat love going there be my clothes wash clean and dry good the most important thing is the are getting A cool and nice environment in this weather
